Eating Right The Yogic way

A new thing which currently has gained a lot of attention is all about food. About fasting and eating right. Again I am referring to the yogic practices which are all about how to live a proper life. Some of these points may or may not be familiar to you and it is important to understand that before attempting any of these please do consult a parent or learned person.

1. Eating two meals a day:

The body needs a 14-16 hour gap before you can properly digest food. That is why many yogists eat a heavy meal early in the morning and a lighter one in the evening. Many yogic practices involve intermating fasting and research has shown that it helps cure many ailments

2. Touching Food

Many yogists believe that when we touch the food nerves in our finger stimulate enzymes to be produced.

3. Eating with gratitude.

Gratefulness is an important aspect of our lives. You may or may not belive it but when we believe that something will happen or is distant to be to the universe conspires in your direction to make it possible. Therefore being grateful before eating food is good
