CALVIN! WHERE IS ALL THE FURNITURE AND WHY IS THERE A PACKAGE OUTSIDE THAT SAYS 'DESTRUCTO RAY'- An overview of the Franchise Calvin And Hobbes

A modern classic and a must-read is the comic series of Calvin and Hobbes which is a hilarious comedy about the notorious boy named Calvin and his stuffed animal tiger Hobbes who is his best friend.

The characters are mainly Calvin, Hobbes, Susie, Mother, Father, Rosalyn, Moe, and  Miss Wormwood. There is no certain plot of the book but there is a definitive storyline of this masterpiece.

The plot usually is Calvin making a lot of mischief with his imaginary Tiger Hobbes. Occasionally the so-called villain (ie. everybody in the book except Calvin and Hobbes) ruins the fun. Like Rosalyn the 'devious' Babysitter or Moe the class bully. Calvin occasionally has fantasies of himself like being an animal or a destructive object like a bomb, nuke, and even a tank. Or himself being a superhero. There are only two mentioned in the book per se which are Spaceman Spiff the explorer and allien assassin who ventures the galaxy and S.T.U.P.E.N.D.O.U.S man the hero who defeats the Baby-sat The cruel villain who tortures him with a strict bedtime or no junk food.
