The most Dangerous Saying ever: Procrastination and Distraction

The most dangerous saying ever is probably not your spouse saying ' I think this needs to go slow' or that attorney coming over to your home saying ' please sign these papers' with a big smile which is definitely meant to cheer you up. The most dangerous words ever are the words 'I'll do it later'.......Procrastination.
Human beings make decisions from our prefrontal cerebral cortex which also responsible for our behavior, emotions, and recent memories, which believe me are many. So, often when we sit down to achieve work we eventually get distracted then comes procrastinating our tasks for the simple and enjoyable ones like binge-watching the entire series of friends and realizing that Joey doesn't get married and then we start watching the series of Joey one thing leads to another and then we start thinking why Amy got married to Sheldon and then we realize that Ramond Holt is actually Jake and Amy's son's godfather. Anyways back to the subject. Our mind has many things to do like involuntarily breathing and also digesting food and also regulating heartbeats and also breaking down food and............ You know.
The best thing we should do to avoid procrastination is by following a schedule that governs our time with efficiency and makes things a lot better. Because productivity is not always fun or relaxing and with the thoughts of a pandemic going on we will always want to take a chill-pill, but we should not. We should always follow a simple routine that is work first fun later which you might think is what everybody keeps saying but we should instead think why everybody is saying it.
